19½ allage points (Open win; lacked 1½ minor points for FC and Dual CH title). Colorado highpoint Qualifying dog at age 3. His owner's first competition dog -- trained and handled entirely by amateurs (including neighbourhood kids). Became a CH in just 10 shows (with 7 Bests of Breed and a Group 3rd), handled by a neighbour's 16-year-old son as a 4H project! Of primarily Nebraska gundog lineage, loosely related to Kingdale's Belle and Satan III.

At the 1975 National Amateur, Jason was one of only two dogs who struck my eye as having both the physical qualities and the working traits that I want in my dogs (the other was AFC Whygin Wellmet Angus). I bred to Jason twice and got good quality pups. He is the grandsire of Longplain Suntar.
