10.12.08 Longplain Vortex finished his UKC Grand Championship in two weekends, topped off with a Group 2nd.

09.01.08 Longplain Singularity finished her UKC Championship.

08.31.08 Longplain Ursa finished her UKC Championship with a Gundog Group First, and Honorable Mention in Best In Show competition!

5.10.08 Longplain Double Barrel passed the Canine Good Citizen test.

05.04.08 Longplain Devecta finished her UKC Championship in 4 shows. Devon is the dam of our Best In Show winner "Dice" and our Group winner "Ursa"

04.06.08 Longplain Sequitor finished his Junior Hunter and WCX titles. Way to go, Tag and Jeanne!

Winter 2007 Pepper, Cody, and Boone spend another season bringing back the birds.

01.27.08 Longplain Tessera finished her UKC Championship with 3 Group Firsts (over the #1-ranked Poodle, always a tough dog to beat) and went on to win Best In Show and Reserve Best In Show !!

01.19.08 Longplain Polaris finished her UKC Championship, under Centennial judge Francis Geiger.

12.02.07 Longplain Cavus finished her UKC Championship with a Reserve Best In Show under veteran judge Anna Harris, over competition that included the #1-ranked dog in at least 5 other breeds!!

10.28.07 Longplain Auctoris finished her UKC Championship.

10.27.07 Longplain Obvroska finished his UKC Championship in 6 shows, with two Best of Breed wins.

10.27.07 Longplain Sequitor got his third Junior Hunter leg.

10.14.07 Longplain Corona finished her UKC Championship in four shows, with two Best of Breed wins.

09.30.07 Longplain Avis finished her UKC Championship in four shows, with two Best of Breed wins over titled competition. Avis first set foot in the ring at just under 9 years old!

09.30.07 Longplain Vortex finished his UKC Championship in just 5 shows.

09.29.07 Longplain Nimrod finished his UKC Championship.

09.23.07 Longplain Sequitor got his first two Junior Hunter legs, doing terrific work all around.

07.22.07 Longplain Signifera finished her UKC Championship with two Best of Breed wins over titled competition, and a Gundog Group 4th.

07.21.07 Longplain Mirage finished her UKC Championship in 5 shows, culminating in a Gundog Group 3rd win over the #3-ranked UKC Golden Retriever (a Best In Show winner).

07.21.07 Longplain Pegasus finished his UKC Championship. Nick started his show career at just under 9 years old!

05.06.07 Longplain Crispin Magus finished his UKC Championship in four shows over a single weekend, undefeated for Best Male/Best of Breed, and with a Gundog Group 2nd over titled competition.

12.03.06 Wallace and Ty send word of  Destry's first hunt.

11.26.06 Longplain Saltus finished his UKC Championship in fine style, going Best of Breed twice over show-bred competition.

Fall/Winter 2005 2005 was another good hunting season for Ammo, Pepper, Remi, and Ammo's cousin Cody.

Fall/Winter 2004 2004 was a season of "firsts" for the family of Joe Allegretti, Ammo, and Pepper.

Fall/Winter 2003 A good 2003 hunting season for Ammo, Pepper, Remi, and their owners Joe Allegretti and Rich Simpson.

Spring 2003 Joe Allegretti and Rich Simpson had yet another good hunting season with Longplain Amarillo Hunter and Longplain Remi, and started hunting with a new pup, Longplain Peppered with Shot.

3.30.03 Longplain Saltus got his first leg on his AKC CD with a very respectable score of 188. Danielle writes: His attitude really was superb, VERY eager and all YAH! YAH! YAH!

1.19.03 Longplain Saltus (litter brother to our Longplain Crispin Magus) got his first leg on his UKC-CD in spectacular style. Owner Danielle Morey writes: Bouncy was higher than a kite (we warmed up a bit and his heeling was just hot!) and got LOTS of people asking WHERE I got that fabulous dog! We didn't just pass, though. We got *1st* in Novice with a score of 196 and only 1 point short of High in Trial!

9.01.02 Longplain Stars In My Pocket JH (by U-CH Longplain Pegasus ex Longplain Starboard Wine) has now finished his Junior Hunter title. Way to go, Elvis and Brendan!!

3.13.02 Joe Allegretti has another good hunting season with Longplain Amarillo Hunter.

4.15.01 Longplain Stars In My Pocket (a really sharp black male by U-CH Longplain Pegasus ex Longplain Starboard Wine) received his first Junior Hunter leg. "Elvis" is co-owned with Brendan Steinman and Susannah LeBaron, and was trained by his owners and by Gary Jones.

3.2.01 Joe Allegretti writes of North Dakota hunting adventures with Longplain Amarillo Hunter. (Brrrr!!)

11.29.00 Richard Simpson sends photos of Longplain Remi on her first pheasant hunt. At the time, Remi was just 5 months old!

2.4.00 Joe Allegretti sends word that Longplain Amarillo Hunter (full brother to our Longplain High Climb) had a good first season on wild birds. Check out these hunting pictures!

4.17.99 Today "Aaron" graduates from Guide Dogs of the Desert and has been placed with Jennifer McMonagle of Prescott, Arizona. Aaron (a nice yellow male by Longplain Sea Raider ex Longplain Zabka) is from the 10th generation of Longplain breeding.

12.3.97 Today "Ulysses" graduates from Guide Dogs of America (formerly International Guiding Eyes) and has been placed with John Taylor. Ulysses is a black male by Longplain Double Image ex Longplain Ilara (dam of our black stud, U-CH Longplain Crispin Magus).
